What is the difference between the Free, Plus, and Pro plans?

The Free plan costs $0 and gives you access to final answers for all calculators (e.g., Arithmetic through Differential Equations). The Plus plan ($5.99/mo) unlocks step-by-step solutions for elementary, middle, and high school topics (Arithmetic, Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1 & 2, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus 1, Statistics & Probability). The Pro plan ($9.99/mo) includes everything in Plus, plus step-by-step guidance for undergraduate and master’s-level topics (Calculus 2, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations).

How do I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

To upgrade from Free to Plus or Pro, visit the “Plans” page, select the new plan, and complete the PayPal subscription flow. If you’re on Plus and want to move to Pro, click “Upgrade to Pro” on the Plans page; you’ll pay the prorated difference immediately. Downgrading (e.g., from Pro back to Plus or Free) must be done through your account settings—go to “Manage Subscription,” choose “Cancel” or “Change Plan,” and then select the lower tier. Your access will switch at the next billing cycle.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. Just go to your account settings, click “Manage Subscription,” and choose “Cancel.” Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your plan reverts to Free.

What payment methods do you accept?

All recurring payments are processed via PayPal. You can use a credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or a PayPal balance. If you don’t already have a PayPal account, you can create one during checkout.

Is there a free trial for Plus or Pro?

We do not offer a separate free trial period. However, you can sign up for the Free plan at any time to test basic functionality. If you upgrade to Plus or Pro and find it’s not right for you, simply cancel within 30 days for a prorated refund.

Will I be charged immediately when I upgrade?

When you upgrade from Free to Plus or Pro, your first payment is processed immediately by PayPal. If you’re already on Plus and upgrade to Pro mid-cycle, you’ll be charged only the difference in price for the remainder of your billing month.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer prorated refunds if you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase. After 30 days, refunds are granted at our discretion for extenuating circumstances. To request a refund, contact support at support@example.com with your subscription details.

Can I share my subscription with family or friends?

Each subscription is tied to a single account and may not be shared. If others in your household need access, please have them create their own accounts and choose the appropriate plan.
