What is the difference between the Free, Plus, and Pro plans?

The Free plan gives you access to final answers for all calculators. The Plus plan includes full step-by-step solutions for school-level mathematics, covering topics up to high school. The Pro plan includes step-by-step solutions for university-level topics.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Upgrades can be done from the Plans page. Payments are processed through Dodo Payments, and when upgrading, the difference in price is charged immediately. Additional taxes or other charges may apply depending on your location and payment method. Downgrades are not supported directly. If you want to move to a lower plan, you will need to let your current subscription end and then subscribe again to the lower plan.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel immediately and lose access right away, or choose to cancel at the next billing date.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are handled through Dodo Payments. Supported methods depend on what Dodo currently supports in your region, including options such as UPI, cards, and other available payment methods.

Is there a free trial for Plus or Pro?

Not at the moment. In the future, we may offer free trials, free months, or other promotional access.

Will I be charged immediately when I upgrade?

If you pay by card, the charge is usually processed immediately. If you are in India and pay through UPI, payment processing can take up to 24 to 48 hours. Your plan will not be upgraded until the payment is fully processed.

Do you offer refunds?

No. We do not offer refunds.

Can I share my subscription with family or friends?

No. Subscriptions are for individual use only. Sharing a subscription may result in account suspension or a ban. In the future, we may introduce paid sharing or multi-user options.
